Chicken Express - Hope

On Sunday at 11 a.m., the staff welcomed us when we went to the counter. Did our order, no problems. The staff was attentive and very friendly. The food was the problem. The severity was cold, and I mean, it was cold for a while. Maybe they didn't use hot water to mix the Gravy mix? I don't know. Or it wasn't prepared for open time to get it hot, but it was cold. The offers were also a little colder. There were also green looking things on the bottom of the reels. At first I thought mold, but could be a residue from the pan it was cooked, but somehow made me tired of eating it.

Rude go through service, woman answer us with ?yeeeesss?. She sounded like she just had to go home or hand over the microphone to someone else who was a bit happier! Also double the price of KFC, just reason why I'm not licking this finger well because it's waiting for a 20-minute and I starved like Marvin. Tea tastes like cleaning solution mixed with chicken fat. You think I'll wait 20 minutes next time.

I spent $47.xx for the 8 pc. Filet Family Meal and a 6 pc. Liver... have the cash to hold the 2. For top... The most salty fish will find you... You need a blood pressure pill or 10 after eating these fish. Absolutely disgusting! She, the manager tells me that they soak the fish overnight in salt water...then they will assume to flush the fish... which they do not CLEARLY....then the female manager allows the drive-thru line to exceed the waiting time by waiting to get my money back. Madness. NEVER AGAIN will advertise this business.

First of all you shouldn't have to repeat yourself 15x to get an order right. Second this place is way over priced..no reason for 30 piece/ no gallon tea to cost more. We had a family get together a few days before this in TX and had 40 piece with gallon of tea for less. 3rd your chicken tenders taste like grease, no other flavor but grease. Very disappointed with this chicken express, and we will not be returning.
