Cookie was ready on time, writing was correct, cookie was correct. I just don't like these things, but it wasn't for me.

Employee was preoccupied with her kids she brought to work and was very rude.

Tried to order a cake from the Trussville location, but they would rather stand around than make a cake so we ordered from the Galleria location instead. The cake was perfect, and the lady who made it came over to talk to us to make sure we were happy with it. It was a little gesture, but it meant a lot to have someone like that care about making sure you are happy. That is above and beyond what I expect. Will definitely use this location in the future for my cake needs!

We have ordered from this location before and had a great experience, however, yesterday was not the case. To start with, their phones have been down for two days. We've been attempting to call and ask for an earlier pickup time. We went ahead and attempted to go earlier to try and pick up our cookie cake in the hopes it would be ready. Mind you, we were there for pickup at 3:45 instead of the original 4:45. Only an hour earlier. When the associates were asked if the cake was ready, they were rude and seemed annoyed. We kindly told them we would wait the 30 minutes it would take to get the cake. When the cake was brought out, there was hardly any icing. This is unacceptable and the associates need to work on their customer service. Get the phones fixed too! How does a business run without working phones?!?!
