Przekaż informację zwrotnąMy family and I went last night in hoover to outback, 15. sept. we set ourselves right away. it was 730. the owner sat and told us that the waitress would be over in a few minutes because he sat in an unauthorized section. it took more than a few minutes until someone came to the table, but we understood that she was really busy. we finally got our drinks, but we had to ask them at least 5 times for straws and we waited for straws at least 30 minutes. we ordered a blossoms of wobbles and mushrooms, they were both very overcooked. we asked for extra sauce that never came. there were 5 of us when we got our food, it was 915 o'clock and they closed at 9 o'clock. my command was wrong, but she corrected it. all 5 meals were cooked. our bill was over $200. the service was terrible and the food was terrible. we never go back to this outback!
So I ordered some wings and they were hard and dry . Brought them back and talked to the manager . She was really rude . Didn't get her name but she she had a sleeve tattoo on her arm . Wasn't nice at all . Even when I talked to her over the phone . But another lady brought me my food and was very nice .
Me my husband came to curbside to order. Gregg helped us. We order the wings and bacon cheddar fries. The service we received from Gregg was top notch! He was extremely helpful, attentive, funny got our order correct the first time! This guy should be a manager he was so amazing kind!
Good service. Food delivered in a timely manner and tasted delicious. Only issue is we ordered two steaks of the Sam type and size and both med rare. One was cooked perfectly, the other was undercooked and pretty rare. Other than that, a great experience!
They have a button for online ordering then blame they can't help it when you wait 45 minutes to pick up at time they gave. bad communication and not worth hassle.
