Jimmy John's - Hoover

Fed up! No quality control! Gone down-hill since Jimmy John sold the company. Once again, I waited over 30 min for my order, and it was missing the chips and cookie. Called the store about it. Waited another 30 min, and they delivered the wrong cookie. I have been enjoying the exact same meal for 35 years back to when I was a college student were Jimmy John opened his first restaurant. Very disappointing!

I was very disappointed with my sandwich and my service. This was my first time ordering on line and my last. I had more bread, lettuce, and four tiny tomatoes. When I enter the store a guy spoke and didn’t offer to take my order. He was focused on rolling dough and less trying to serve me. If you would like your money’s worth go to Jersey Mikes.

My first time going to jimmy johns was great. Belinda and her coworker were very nice! Sandwich was delicious!

I usually get the beach club when I come here but I decided to try their new beefy black and bleu. It was sooo good! If you like blue cheese, you will definitely be a fan! Customer service was great and my order came out quickly.

Good sandwich. Had to keep putting it back together. Meat kept sliding out. Couldn't eat while driving.? Very tasty. #9 salami, capicola ham.
