Guiseppe's - Hoosick Falls

We enjoyed a lovely meal and had the opportunity to converse with the owner. We will definitely return in the future.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for both food and drinks. The serving sizes are generous.

The restaurant was extremely busy, which was a positive sign. I was part of a group of 7 celebrating my sister's birthday. Although I had never been to Guiseppe's before, everyone had told me the food was delicious. Unfortunately, it took over 2 hours to receive our meals. I ordered the medium rare prime rib, but it was undercooked. I didn't send it back because I didn't want to wait another 2 hours. However, the vegetables, potatoes, and salad were tasty. I was disappointed as I had been looking forward to the prime rib. My husband enjoyed his broiled seafood platter. My sister and her boyfriend ordered the prime rib and enjoyed theirs. My sister ordered rare and received a perfect pink prime rib, while mine was raw. My mom had the fish and thought she had tasted better elsewhere. Another couple in our group had such large appetizers that they had to take their dinners home. Overall, I felt that the experience would have been much better if the restaurant hadn't been so crowded.

The first time here. we had a cheeseburger sub and tried the cheese pizza. both were very, very good. we are safe back and we are very picky about the return. definitiw a winner.

We have always enjoyed guiseppe’s! service we had everywhere. I know it's hard to work for everyone. more than 45 minutes after eating just to pay our bill. 20 minutes after they asked the bill to get it.
