Dunkin Donuts - Hoosick Falls

There is no restroom available at this establishment. Employees were overheard arguing and giving short, rude answers. After waiting 10 minutes to place my order, I was met with annoyance by one employee who responded without looking up from sweeping that they were out of croissants. Another employee then took my order with a substitute for the croissant. There were no apologies for the inconvenience. The employee who had been sweeping went back to assisting customers without washing her hands.

The restaurant was small and located within a gas station, but despite its size, it was still satisfying. When you're in need of a cup of coffee, you can always count on finding a D&D to meet your needs. The service was quick and efficient.

I would give a negative rating if I could! The restaurant is dirty and the staff has a terrible attitude. The bathrooms are out of order in all their facilities, even in the store. The food is like eating at Subway and I regret even getting gas at the gas station.

Frequently runs out of Boston cream and glazed donuts. The wait in the drive-thru can be very long at times. However, the staff is always friendly and trying their best. Service: Takeout Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10-20 Recommended dishes: Bagels

This restaurant has the slowest service I have ever experienced. Don't bother stopping during your drive, it's better to sit down for a meal instead. They need to hire more staff!
