The Ranch Drive In - HOOD RIVER

A great place to go on a budget. I really like the ranch. The food isn't high quality, but it tastes pretty good, and the prices are definitely right. I love the retro feel and the radio choice in there, and I try to go at least a few times a month.

Heard they were closing for good, so we drove from out of town to re visit this hometown favorite for one last time. Going to cherish the memories like skipping school to have lunch here, using an actual phone through the drive thru, and seeing the Ring Kings car club have their meetings here. We have yet to find another solid eggnog shake anywhere else! Thank you, from a former HR resident (class of '05).

Above average but not epic. Definitely a step above fast food. Ordered a mushroom and Swiss Cheese

This restaurant is on the pricier side, but the food is consistently excellent, and the staff is friendly, which makes a big difference. If you enjoy Tater Darts, this place is a must-visit—it's the best in the area! Their shakes are also fantastic, made with real ice cream. You get a larger drink with a straw, and it’s definitely worth it!
