Stave Stone Winery (downtown Tasting Room)

We did the red wine tasting and ended up taking a bottle of syrah home. The house made chocolate truffles are made with their wines and a must! Only negative was They were sold out of 2/3 pinot noirs

My husband and I stopped in on a whim during the snow storm Friday afternoon to the tasting room. Christopher was working and WOW he treated us to some amazing reds! With his deep knowledge base of the wine process my husband and I felt like we were able to understand the chemistry behind the wine from soil to vine to harvest to lab to barrel to bottle. Thank you Christopher for being so personable and knowledgeable.

Stave Stone Winery (Downtown Tasting Room) This is a lovely place with knowledgeable and attentive staff. I enjoyed the atmosphere and my bf and I both agreed that the presentation of the Legacy Wine tasting far exceeds others in the area. The pairings were excellent! We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Today was my lucky day! I found this wonderful wine tasting room in Hood River. Did a little wine tasting and brought home a crisp and lite tasting bottles of reisling wine. The place was so clean and the staff was extremely inviting!????I will definitely stop by again!

Fantastic tasting room! Great place to stoo for small bites and a few samples of local wines. For the cheese-o-philes, these plates are made for you. The servers have extensive knowledge of the wines and tasting notes.
