Tio's Tamales - Honolulu

We ordered tamales for New Year's Eve—one dozen chicken and half a dozen pork. We also got a chicken taco plate and a crushed chicken burrito to go. The food was delicious and authentically New Mexican; it was so good that we find ourselves wanting to go back every week!

My new favorite spot! The food is absolutely outstanding! I could eat here every day. I highly recommend the #4 breakfast burrito and the carne asada fries.

The Mexican food here is great! You have the option to call ahead and place your order for pickup, which means you won't have to wait while they prepare your meal.

All right! Was really excited to see an authentic restaurant in New Mexico... and it keeps taste and value! Originally from New Mexico, I can confidently say it's worth a stop to say hello and get a really great, tasteful meal with great service! Will definitely re-thank you for a piece home on the island!!

Friendly gentleman at the counter, food is clearly all homemade was fresh, hot delicious. We didn't call ahead but we still got our food quickly. We will definitely be back!
