What you would expect from Starbucks. The drink was good and the service was good.

One of the most efficient and well managed starbucks I've ever been to (and I was too much). The four employees who work when I picked up my mobile order killed it absolutely – friendly and still sent orders at record speed.

Clean bathroom and business. Friendly staff. I have order. For the first time to stir my caramel Macchiato, which is beautiful. I guess I should ask in the future bc it is sometimes necessary.

There's 3 Starbucks in HK and this is where I go. Friendly staff that greets regulars by name and hold themselves accountable even when it wasn't there fault. I respect that and recommend this place Corporate culture starts from leadership and this establishment figured it out.
