Mcdonald's - Honolulu

Only been to this location once, with my experience far better than the one back home mainland. Ordered the Local Deluxe Platter with Spam, Portuguese sausage, egg, and rice. All items were hot, fresh, and great tasting! The drive-thru was busy at the time but run very efficiently. I had my food within 10-15 seconds after placing order at the big screen. I?ll miss the Local Deluxe Platter when I head back to the mainland :

Had the deluxe breakfast and it was delicious. This was much better than the one I went to in Waikiki as their rice was mushier. I ordered inside at the kiosk and it was simple and quick.

Geez I wish I could give zero stars. The employees are unprofessional, they don't seem to care about the customers, and the food is COLD, COLD COLD and the service is SLOW SLOW SLOW. thank God Chick-Fil-A is going to be across the street. Hope their HR doesn't pick their employees from the bottom of the barrel. This McDonalds better shape up or expect to lose a lot of their business. They just lost mine.
