CODY visited the Dillingham location CODY ordered the Max combo platter CODY order was fried chicken, pancit, white rice CODY food was tasty and ample they give you alot CODY servers were friendly and speedy CODY dining area was clean, the decor showed the restaurant's history CODY will return to order more food

Came for lunch on a Friday around 11:00am. The place had several tables full, but not too busy. The wait wasn't long at all. Our Server was Esmael and he was very attentive. My coworker and I ordered the Max's platter (ckn, pancit, garlic rice), pork sinigang, sisling sisig pork, and bistek. Everything tasted great. I would only recommend to put more lemon in the bistek. They have sticky mango rice on the menu, but I was too full to try it! Maybe next time/ The restaurant was clean and so was the restroom. There's a large area off to the side that can accommodate large groups for a party or etc.

Firstime writing a review.. MAXS RESTAURANT DILINGHAM HAWAII Thought the food was great FOOD IS NOT GOOD AT ALL!! Sinigang na Bangus doesnt taste like sinigang they served the soup COLD. Sisig is not good.. FOOD IS NOT THAT GREAT!! We waited 45 mins and we are very disappointed.. its very different to the other maxs Restaurant that we visited. I am not trying to sound rude.. but this what weve experienced. We left the restaurant upset and disappointed.

Service here is as bad as it gets. They brought the wrong dish out, when I asked how long to correct it, I was told We have a big party so a long time . Forgot my drink, and didn 't bring bowls and spoons for our soup dish. I ended up walking to a station they set up with utensils and and dishes and retrieved my own. Never came to refill drinks or ask if we needed anything else. We skipped dessert and just left. Want to enjoy your meal at Max 's? Make the drive to the Waipahu location.

Max's Chicken delivered to my aunt who lives in Honolulu. I ordered for takeout via GrubHub from the Bay Area. Lechon kawali, pancit bihon, Max's Chicken, Pork on-a-stick, and crab fried rice for her birthday. She loved every morsel, despite saying my pancit was better because of course she would, since I'm her most fave Filipina niece-in-law. Lol It was a lot of food! And she mentioned it was pipping hot upon delivery. I'm glad I got to order all her faves. Even from 2K+ miles away I got to celebrate w/ her in spirit...Thanks Grub Hub...for quick, easy delivery!
