This spot bills itself as the best breakfast place in Hawaii . Maybe in terms of price and speed, but that 's about it. Blueberry pancakes i got were good quality but then again it shouldnt be hard to make good pancakes. Though I will say the breakfast burrito was legit. Overall id say this place is maybe equivalent to a truckstop in terms of the variety of food and service. The silverware is all plastic and plates are paper. Looking at the menu, the selections are pretty basic stuff like omlettes, pancakes, steak and eggs, burgers and sandwiches but nothing fancier like your acai bowls, eggs benedict, croissants or muffins. You also wont find any fancy coffee here either. I ordered a large iced coffee and the lady proceeded to immediately pour brewed coffee from a coffee pot nearby into a large dixie cup with ice in it lol.

They take forever their time slot is a lie we waited 1hr when it said it was done very poor service trash

Worst experience ever! If you want to fight for the table in the morning that’s the place for you! Lack of any organization. We ordered food and were waiting to take any table after someone leaves but people waiting in the line who did not even get their orders were blocking the tables. So, finally when we got our food we had no table while there were people sitting at empty tables! Waitress packed our food for us to go but omlet was not even properly backed in the box just paper plate as it was. We ended eating our food at closest Starbucks ? I got first come first serve idea but you have to manage it somehow. Either don’t sell people food if they have no table to here or make a rule that you sit at the table only after placing the order or get customers seated first and then take orders. I bet that nobody came there on Saturday morning to get anxiety while fighting for the table to eat their breakfast. All that needs just some management. Simple like that. If you do offer fast food concept then provide more tables as each fast food has. You have there maybe 12-15 tables and tons people in line. Food is not so good at the end anyways.

Best customer service I’ve experienced in my life. Miguel was such a nice person to my family and I. We are visiting from Mexico and he helped us understand the menu and spoke to us in spanish a little bit to help us. Truly a great person. The food was really good too! Tried the combo plate #2 that had spam and fried rice, it was very delicious. Had banana and macadamia pancakes which were also really good. The french toast looked amazing.
