The only thing that was bad was the veal weinershnitzetl of my husband was a tad overcooked, but the taste was still good. Recommend a reservation otherwise good luck. Will definitely go back
Tent for date night, arrived there early at 5, street parking and parking within 2 blocks. Wait the staff was excellent, sitting right away. Within an hour, the place filled pretty fast. We put our drink order, woman had the spicy Kitty, (cute little backless cup) fantastic, I had the Kunia old another big drink. Then we ordered the special deviled eggs, it was quite awesome eggs on eggs. After our appetizers we order the specials Mahi-mahi and calf, Nether were on the menu that often changes, but these were both amazing. Once we finished dinner, we decided to get a filling desert. We had recommended the olive oil cake with vanilla ice cream (homemade) from a moss next to us, definitely worth it and again only for coffee and olive cake, we also ordered the special banana Tiramisu, this was a little different and approximated that the consistency was too thick and dense.
A wonderful place for dinner or other meals they serve. Service was fast and lovely, we actually sat next to the kitchen and had a great time. I think this is not every cup of tea, but the place is not huge. It is alive, but not too much; and feels kind of like Brooklyn. I think they're going for that mood. Many bricks involved. The food is delicious and affordable considering how attentive the preparations are. After the chefs have seen, literally do dozens of dishes I can tell you that they take it very seriously and never stop hard for the 2 hours we were sitting there watching. It is amazing how it turns relatively simple preparations into very tasty combinations. Rich sauces, well prepared meat and delicious seafood were highlights of the Fete experience. Their shrimps were legendary. These are perhaps the worst value per dish, but a little spiced rice as a side finishes the dish. I would change this by including the rice or other sides and stealing the dish. Or maybe you could get away with many of the ducks as a big tapas guy? It's a mix. Anyway, that's why it's a good value and you won't overeat, but don't expect that bunch of portions. This is about a good quality of sustainable food and they deliver it completely.
We had lunch here during our vacation in June. We did not book and fortunately a table was available within 5 minutes. The food was delicious and there were many options on the menu. Our server was excellent, informative and funny. The total price was very good compared to other meals we had in Oahu. Would strongly recommend this place
Chef Robynne and Chef Emily never fail to impress with their ever changing menu and specials. I will ALWAYS recommend the carrots when they’re available. They are to die for!
