Probably the best mochiko chicken I've hadJust a perfect ratio of crispy to moist, and the garlic sauce fits it really well.

Drove here for lunch, yelp says they are open but they are closed at 1130am on a Thursday, no sign on the door or notice to customers.

Easy from the beaten track, but my God is worth the time here. The portion sizes are large, but more importantly, the food is delicious. The tataki plated and the mochiko chicken are the standout dishes and must have, while the loco moco is also good. Great service, but unfortunately no food in the minute. Come here for a good local authentic food and you will not be disappointed.

I've heard and read about this place for years! It's like a place where I can regularly introduce myself. Too bad there is no more. I had a friend who moved to Honolulu during the pandemic. He told me the spot was in a sketchy area! I told him not to be afraid and we'll make it. Tataki- just ok Taco Rice- huge portions and was unable to finish me from Nachos with rice! Fresh ahi full of taste and fresh. Super sauce! Mochiko Chicken- my favorite! Crunchy texture outside and soft juicy meat inside. Most items came with a wrong soup. Spacious portions, great price. Heavy parking. My friend was rebuilt and would be back!
