The happy hour menu was delicious. the slider, fried koreanic huh, Argancini balls, knochenmark and truffle French pommes were all delicious! the pfirsich Italian soda went well with everything.
Our brunch started rocky after two server came to the table and said we take this table as they only have 5 people. we were a party of 6 and the host had said that our 6th person must not come. we were early and all had not arrived yet. it was really rude to try to take a table away without asking if it was okay. they wanted to take the 5th chair and throw it up against a tiny two-surface, so 3 people were lined on a small table. No thanks! After we have said that we wanted to wait until the rest of our friends come and leave the table there, we noticed that the two servers go, tell the hostess and other servers that then began to give us all looks and talk to each other. rude! the service was slow and there were 7 server, hostess and a barkeeper. we had to ask several times for drinks, serviettes, etc. I enjoy my meal (sweet and wad) and the cocktails were good. we do this brunch meet all couple months after places with good service, eating and ambiente, so we probably 't have it in et al again.
The waiter who served our table did not tell us about the special for this day, although he told us about some new ones in the menu. we knew there was something special when the waiter who served the table next to us declared the customer. I liked her pancake, but I didn't see in the menu, but actually they had it as something special.
The staff is always on point and professional. Jared is awesome! The food is consistently high quality. My friends and father were not expecting such a high bar experience from eating at Foodland. Now, it's their favorite spot.
