Fringe Club Colette's

I regret to report the following. this is a beautiful place with all possible interesting events that take place in the fringe club. there is also a very nice bar. the manager is a really nice guy. but as a place to eat, I can't support it right now. the reason why I say that is that it clearly says in the menu: Thai vegetarian curry when they ask the server to check with the kitchen, it transpires that the kitchen staff add fish sauce to prepare this harness. I often have to meet there. not quite ideal for vegan cow juice-based dishes rule! the food is prepared in a meaty kitchen, so I am very careful what I chose from the buffet, I am mainly at the simple salads. the cooked dishes can also contain meaty sauces, although the personal keep them 'veg'. the brote contain almost safe milk, perhaps also other animal fats. I eat to be polite sociable, but I'm not so happy here.

First I do not think that veg-friendly is the appropriate category because the buffet itself is 100% vegetarian; but then they also serve meat/fish on order with a price. so technical it does not really fall into the vegetarian category. Carnivore-friendly would be the next description I appreciate: back to eating I have eaten here twice and enjoyed it both paints. thema varies every day: Monday is global, Tuesday italian, Wednesday thai, Thursday asian, Friday global. the first time I came, it was global, loved it; the second time thai, even better! the ton was so good. I like Thai food, but vegetarian thai is quite hard to come because it is not really a vegetarian-friendly kitchen. the Thai thema has completely fulfilled my desire. price is about HK$100 per person, tea/coffee included. pay them on the counter to get a plate and they can help themselves. the buffet has not much to offer, but it is sufficient and everything is delicious. they have brot, two three types of cheese, salad, sliced fruits, maybe a starter/snack, a suppe, and two main dishes with rice or a type of carbohydrates depending on the thema this day. the setting was easy and refreshing. on the balcony you can also sit outside.
