Dandy's Organic Cafe - Hong Kong Island

Dandy’s is a omni restaurant, but offers for various nutrition it many vegan options, and is 100% gluten-free. there is a very detailed identification. this makes it a good choice to visit with omni-friends interested in organic and healthy foods. I have visited many paints and enjoyed the salads, stir them fryed with brown rice, and recently the tofu cakes and veggie penne pasta dish. the tofu bites on the top were delicious, it had many sweet, was coated with a delicious homemade nuss pesto and fill. the portions are generous. I love their homemade sauces. vegan burger could be improved while tofu cakes taste nice, would be better with a more interesting patty to balance the brot. they serve alcohol, and had some specialties on a map on the table during my last visit, which has a delicious white wine (marked vegan) I have always experienced friendly service. they have moved the position, still in sheung wan, to a place that is more located on upper lascar row. it is a quiet road at the evenings (you may not notice that dandy is there) but busy during the day. we have quite a lot of mosquitoes, so they bring insect repellents when they are susceptible to bites. updated by previous review on 2021-04-22

Beautiful small restaurant, clearly marked vegan items (of which there are several beautiful atmosphere. I had to start the early stages that were big, then the vegan burger for pornstars that was bland and uninteresting. no seasoned or sauce inside, very dry and difficult to eat. a real scandal if they have so many vegan options on the menu! dessert was beautiful, but will definitely go back to try other main thing

Chef Vivi and her staff are warm and welcoming. I love to come here for healthy organic foods for a super reasonable price! Most other places raise their prices incredibly high, but here they actually give a very fair price for the quality of produce they are using! This place is tucked away on a souvenir street in Sheung Wan. It’s like finding a little Oasis among the all the busyness of HK. Try the ViLife juice so refreshing.

Restaurant has re-opened and serves healthy veg and non-veg meals. Only a handful of vegan options. The tofu eggplant salad was 90% lettuce, but still tasted nice. The vegan burger was hugely disappointing, with flavourless deep fried tofu, unseasoned eggplant and the tiniest drop of pesto that was only tasted in one bite. Prices semi-expensive.
