The food back then was exceptional, particularly the roast chicken which I would have given 5 stars. However, recent reviews mentioning dry and tasteless chicken were accurate based on my recent experience. The pork chop with coconut ice and egg omelette was the highlight of the meal, with well-cooked pork and delicious lemongrass and garlic flavors. Compared to Nha Trang, a popular Vietnamese restaurant in Hong Kong, I preferred the pork chop dish at Moi Moi. However, the overcooked rice and lack of coconut flavor were disappointing. The Wagyu beef pho, part of the lunch set, had good broth but lacked sufficient beef, with an added charge for extra slices. Overall, I was disappointed to see the decline in food quality at Moi Moi. The pricing and atmosphere, located in an office building rather than a more desirable location, do not justify the experience. I am unlikely to return in the future.
Overall, the portions are generous and the flavors are authentic. I particularly enjoyed the wagyu beef dish, it had a nice crispy bark. The pomelo salad was excellent, with freshly juicy citrus fruits. I appreciated that the pomelo pieces were served in large chunks rather than small pieces. The atmosphere was warm and inviting.
The dining experience at this restaurant is absolutely incredible, with rich aromas and tantalizing textures. The service is also exceptional.
Very nice eating, beautiful atmosphere, very friendly staff and discounted on some menu via eatigo
This Vietnamese restaurant makes very good bark rice noodles. other dishes were also delicious. Monday to Friday, lunch is always busy. they should just ask if they like to eat Vietnamese.
