They offer four different burgers, all following the same style but varying in size and toppings. Each burger includes impossible meat, tomato, lettuce, pickles, peri-peri mayo, with the premium option featuring Daiya cheese and the deluxe option including mushrooms. The patties are larger on the more expensive burgers, resulting in a juicier and more flavorful burger. The fries at this restaurant have been consistently disappointing. They are boiled, unsalted, and limp as they are made in an air fryer rather than fried. Unfortunately, they are not left to cook long enough or seasoned with salt or any other flavors.
I tried one of the four vegan impossible burgers at this restaurant, each larger than the last. The burger was a good size and came with vegan cheese and mayo on a sesame seed bun. It tasted delicious and I particularly enjoyed it compared to the small, incomplete burgers available in Hong Kong right now. The price was affordable for Hong Kong.
