Starbucks - Homewood

This situation was very busy on a Sunday morning. it was difficult to get out of the parking lot because of the long line of cars in the drive thru. the staff was polite and the service was fast. the bathroom might have been a little cleaner.

I love this place. It was one of the few local establishments that offered genuine hospitality along with quality service. However, today was an exception. Not only were there boxes stacked in the sitting area, but the staff seemed overwhelmed and did not even offer a greeting to customers as they entered. When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager, she apologized and said she would address the problem. I appreciate their willingness to do so, but I believe the young ladies behind the counter should already have been trained to greet customers. Hospitality is unfortunately becoming a lost art. I just hope my favorite restaurant can remain immune to this trend, but I'm not so sure. Very disappointing.

I go to this Starbucks album, a very nice location in the city of homewood, no complaining eating is good drinks are good. around the celebration it can be very crowded in others then that it is not so crowded all the time for most part a large small place.

The chai had too much milk and not enough chai flavor, even after requesting extra pumps. The quality of the chai varies from place to place, sometimes tasting great and other times coming off as weak.

The drive-thru line at this restaurant is always very long, but the service provided is friendly.
