Dairy Queen - Homewood

I tried a cherry dipped cone that took me back to my childhood. This spot in Homewood is fantastic!

The mini blizzards were delicious, especially the Oreo and brown batter flavors. However, I was disappointed to receive only 4 onion rings for $4. At $1 per ring, that seems excessive. The rings were crispy and tasty, but the portion size was lacking. Overall, the experience was positive but the pricing or portion control may need some adjustments.

Every time I order a shake, it is always too thin. If you increase the amount of ice cream, the shake wouldn't be so watery. I ordered a shake, not a juice.

Yall obviously buying reviews. This white establishment has some rude workers . Not surprising because of who owns it .

It's a tradition and opening for the season is always exciting! Cute, quaint, perfect small town spot. Please note that this DQ is outside only walk up to counter, not a dine in restaurant. A few benches would make it even better. The treats are always good and service usually cheerful and polite. We visit several times a year, lol, maybe too many.
