When you think about how close we are to the ocean, it's quite disappointing to find sushi of such consistently poor quality. It's almost disrespectful to the local community. The only reason this restaurant remains open is that those of us living in the area lack other nearby sushi options. This is an ideal sushi place for a quick stop whether you're heading to the Keys or coming back from there! The sushi is fresh, particularly the tuna. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere has a great vibe. They've made some renovations to the space, and everything is coming together beautifully. I would definitely visit again!

I ordered sushi and pineapple fried rice via Uber Eats. The sushi was decent, but the fried rice tasted like old rice that had been reheated in the microwave. I tried to make myself eat it, but then I found a hair in the rice. I'm often tempted to order from here again since there aren't many sushi places in Homestead, but I'm glad I checked Yelp first. The quality simply isn't up to par, and apparently, finding hair in your food is a regular occurrence with them.
