Delicious juicy chicken and pig. The beans are so delicious and healthy. The variety in rice is very nice to have. They have white rice, brown rice and yellow rice with vegetables. Good customer service, food came quickly without mistake. FLORIDA CITY is the best Pollo Tropical Around. All other locations have long been waiting for your food and usually screw up the order in any way.

We stopped taking a bite to eat on the way back from the keys. This place deserves a negative assessment. Most of the menu items were easily unavailable. The staff was completely unprofessional and simply rude. The kitchen area was dirty and decorated with sweet dishes. I waited for someone who just called the 5 second rule and serve us from the ground!!!! The service was also slow as a molasses. They weren't understated either. Just a complete disaster! Avoid this place! Others on the line were smart enough to go before they try to order food they didn't even have!

On a thru order drive I lacked an item from my order for which I was charged. I called the number at the reception. They took my information and didn't do anything.
