Pizza Hut - Homestead

I had a really poor experience with the service. I've always ordered from this place, but today when I paid with my card, they delivered my order to my neighbor instead. I called to correct the mistake, and they sent me the order again, but by then my guests had already left. Plus, I didn't receive the items I had ordered for my children.

The staff here seem indifferent to whether you place an order or even come in at all. There's a lack of enthusiasm.

The front desk staff is very friendly. I absolutely love their pizzas!

2 hour wait, food was cold, No wings to complete order, asked for well done, dough was not even cooked lmao

*0 STARS* I was welcomed immediately upon entering this restaurant, which led me to believe I was in for a great experience. However, things took a turn when the cashier added her own tip to my bill. To make matters worse, my order for a personal pan cheese pizza took a staggering 27 minutes to arrive.
