Fun spot to stop for breakfast. So many great decisions, I had to try a few things and all were really delicious. Super appreciated that the woman who helped me suggested that I order the Guava-Papierlito instead of the Guaava-Emaniada that was huge. That was the first time I had a spinach empanada and it was delicious.

Could have been a bad day… Sandwich was not toasted and felt like it came out of the microwave (Cuban sandwich) also gave my order to a different person so I waited double the time.

Two words: **** show. The to-go station is always a hot mess. They can't seem to ever get it together. They will have the food ready and bagged for a long time just waiting on beverages. I watched my food sit for 15 minutes as I waited for the missing coffee. They were aware the coffee was missing and told me it'd be right out and it wasn't made until I reminded them. This has happened on two occasions. Horrible service.

Never order food for your family for special events unless you like your food cold. Why in the hell will you go thru the trouble of ordering food if they are going to give it to you cold. Bad customer service. When I called to complain they suggested that I should have told them when I placed the order that I wanted my food hot. Unbelievable. Date 12/24/2022
