In this location, I found the ordering a bit counter-productive once you choose your items on the self-service, you still have to wait in line and give your ticket and wait some more.. Don't like the system .
So, I was in line outside for at least 45 minutes then, I asked for 2 #5 2 double cheese burgers ... (only ketchup) and when I get to the window they didn't even have my order then, they don't even give me a bottom Bun!
I dont like giving 3 stars but I went through drive thru it did take a while but I ordered spicy mcchickens with extra mayo but when I got them..there was literally nothing. Just a plain mcchicken!! Thankfully I parked to make sure my order was right but I went inside and the manager fixed it up right away. It was good nonetheless but I wish I didn’t have to go inside to have them fix my order.
Just terrible. Service is the slowest I've ever experienced. Dare you walk up to the register to be helped you will be ignored by employees and every single manager you come across. I even placed a mobile order thinking it would be faster and nothing. Never again ill just go across the street to Wendy's from now on.
This store and the one going towards the keys on US-1, Employees have attitudes you can tell they don't want to be there chick nuggets still raw potatoes still half frozen troed the place 3times and the 3 times same exact experience lunch and dinner time. Drive thru lines never evenly taken care of so creates a bunch of delay 6 cars in Drive thru over 35 minutes wait had to wait until the other 2 cars drove up for me to leave and not bother to order ended up driving 35min for the one on eureka NEVER AN ISSUE NO MATTER HOW LONG LINES ARE THAT 1 MOVES FASTER AND IS ORGANIZED
