Buffalo Wild Wings - Homestead

Wings and beers were great! However, the personal and service is met or missed. some days are better than others, but it always takes a long time to get their food when they come to a playage. fast food restaurant with decent trips.

Ordered 20 traditional wings n received 20 raw traditional wings. also get mischfries and wait an hour. nasty!

Let's start with A.C, not working and the waitress says it was like that. next, the soße hadn't had for the appetizer I had ordered, nor would they replace for what I asked. forever to get our order that was simple apps and wings. when I then tried to order a beer after everything, the waitress said it was the last call she never informed, nor was it announced. overall, terrible experience and service.

I write this review while I'm on the table. about an hour when my order was placed. I'm so upset and disappointed with the service. let them argue with a manager for rude talking to my wife. I'll call the company headquarters for this facility. really a embarrassment to name. I feel honest as if this place was rubbish. what happened to the customer service? I think you should close it. manager becomes and his server angels were extremely rude. If you read this, I must be upset while I'm still in the restaurant! so they can imagine what I feel. I hope that's the right eye.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!! I came in at 8:44pm ordered at 8:50pm IT TOOK 2 HOURS TO GET MY ORDER! They tried to make me pay $10 per person for a game that was playing on the tvs special it started at 10 pm but it was their fault for taking 2 HOURS to make an order. I asked for take out it took 30 MINUTES to get my order and it came out COLD, the tots didn’t have any potato filling it’s mostly just the toast, they didn’t give me the extra lemon pepper rub I asked for they just sprinkled the boneless and traditional wings with nothing, the wings were so STALE. Just horrible.
