Amistad Grill - Homestead

Sooooooo we wanted to come to this restaurant since we knew it was impossible in the restaurant....We finally did so that we started from the entrance Veronica, one of the owners was great to welcome us, we sat the place has great music playing and it is neatly clean and organized. I started with beef emanadas, they were beautiful and plump with beef and tasteful about all, then I asked for a pizza emaniada and I had to ask for another because 1 was not enough. I had the pork chop with sweet potato. The pork chop was beautifully cooked with a beautiful color, then potato puree was delicious silanes and the smokey taste red cabbage was the bang to the big dish. My spouse had the Parmigian Chicken and it was Crounchylisious....to the end she had the fried oreo empanada good I must say she ate it all not sharing my tasting piece....in a shell will come back because the food and service were spectacular.... The food is great here! It ran for lunch a few weeks ago, and I had the fish sandwich and enjoyed it so much that I took my husband to dinner later. He had the queen and loved her! Your prices are very reasonable. Very friendly staff. Mom and daughter run the restaurant and are a pleasure to speak.

I will save you the trouble when you read a looong review. Hands down, this is AMAZING! The food is delicious, the server was super nice and attentive, the prices great, serving size perfect, and the restaurant is clean! Do your self a favor and try it yourself. I lived my whole life in Homestead and I just found out about a friend in Broward. I'm glad I finally found her.

Gorgeous restaurant, delicious food and warm and friendly staff. Best empanadas I've ever had. Met the owner and chef, Omar, and his wife was our server. Such sweethearts. Definite homestead hidden gem!!
