Never experienced service that was this unsatisfactory at the Delaney house. Did request quiet space to dine because we are hearing impaired but we seated in the center of a very noisy busy room which was accompanied by the live music. The waitress who was training was very good and kind. The waitress “training” her seemed okay but towards the end of our meal when we asked for our to go boxes and she delivered all of our food in one bag even though we were a mixed group. We asked for extra bags so we could give everyone their own leftovers, she seemed irritated, and even insulted one guest by referring to her as “this leftover box is his or hers or whatever”?! My guest looked shocked at being referred to in that manner. I was mortified. She then tossed the bags on the table like she was done with us. We didn’t feel valued or appreciated and that was upsetting because my guests were work colleagues I invited to dinner. The only reason I left 18% gratuity was because the trainee had done a decent job and obviously the person training her was done working for the night. Very disappointing evening overall and my first disappointment at The Delaney House

Loved Micks! We definitely would go back. The food was amazing and the service was most excellent. We both would highly recommend Micks to our friends and anyone else who asks. Plan on trying either the steak or pasta next time.

We ordered an appetizer which was very good. It was a charcuterie board. My wife and I ordered the same entree which was Gorgonzola sirloin. My wife’s was supposed too be cooked medium and mine was supposed to be medium rare. They were both cooked rare but borderline raw. The presentation of the plate looked as if they threw it on the plate. We both ordered dessert which was the crème brûlée and it was absolutely amazing. Over all was some what disappointing since we’ve never had our order messed up here. It just so happened to be our 10th anniversary as well. We went here because they catered our wedding.

The evening was wonderful! The atmosphere was calm and the cuisine was phenomenal. It was a perfect first experience at Delaney House for my mother, who was traveling with me. I want to mention that Dawn was training our server, Ethan. They were both attentive, and it was clear that Ethan was learning from Dawn. Ethan was very friendly and showed potential for the hospitality industry. He was outgoing and eager to work. I can confidently say that he had an excellent mentor in Dawn. I remembered Dawn's exceptional service from my previous visit to Delaney House with my company's president in February for a business meeting.

Ali greeted us and Jordan served our meal. Both of them were friendly and professional. The wine was excellent and our meals were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious! The only downside was a noisy and disruptive party at a neighboring table, which was beyond the restaurant's control.
