Fantastic food!!! We had the vegetarian pizza which was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The chilli spaghetti dish with anchovies was delicious and would also work well with prawns. The kids menu had good options at a good price. My 4 yr old loved the spaghetti with tomato sauce, it was a smooth rich zingy tomato sauce which was very tasty. Portions were a good size and everything was reasonably priced. Great service by the staff, as we were seated a bottle of water was placed on the table, without us having to ask. Very thankful we were fitted in at late notice, after we had arrived at another restaurant and were not impressed with the menu options or £12 for a child’s sausage and chips! Highly recommend this place and will definitely return when we next visit Holt.

The menu was quite limited, featuring just four pasta dishes and four pizzas for the main courses. While this alone wouldn't have been an issue, the quality of the dishes we selected left a lot to be desired. My pasta was bland, lacked seasoning, and was overcooked. The portion was small, but I was grateful for that on this occasion. My partner chose one of the four pizzas on the menu—the Sicilian. Unfortunately, the crust was overcooked, and the toppings had an unpleasant taste, making it inedible; she ended up leaving most of it untouched. We had hoped for an authentic Italian dining experience, which shouldn't be difficult with such a limited menu, but we left feeling like we should have chosen a different place. Despite the restaurant having good reviews, based on our experience, we cannot recommend it.

This charming little Italian restaurant offers a straightforward menu that is executed beautifully. The husband and wife duo running the place are incredibly friendly and engaging, even while managing a bustling crowd. We can’t wait to return. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
