The food is incredible and fresh, and the atmosphere is inviting. The staff were fantastic. I will definitely return!

The manager did come over and offered a discount, but when the bill arrived, they only reduced our $60 tab by $3. When I pointed this out, they sent over another manager who actually began yelling at my daughter, her friend, and me. I have never felt so poorly treated. We weren’t even complaining! The whole situation was humiliating, and we will absolutely never come back. Although the food was decent, the management's service was extremely lacking. Our dinner was not worth the money or the stress.

I ordered a cold brew, chili topped with shredded cheese, and a burger with onion rings. I probably should have taken half of the burger home, as I ended up eating too much! The food here is excellent; the burger had nice grill marks and was quite large. Our waitress was outstanding—very friendly, helpful, and attentive. One downside was the lack of Molson or Labatt beers on the menu. Overall, it was a delightful experience with fantastic food. I wish I had taken some pictures, as everything looked great. This location is larger than the one in Okemos, featuring a spacious bar seating area, and I believe it's the only one with outdoor dining. Update: In September 2022, I stopped by around 2 PM on a weekday. It was a warm, sunny day, and I sat in the screened porch area on the west side. There were many open tables, but only three were in use. I ordered a cold draft beer, chili, and a fresh salad, all of which were well prepared. I inquired about coffee, and the waiter mentioned it could be brewed, which he promptly did. I received excellent service again. I almost forgot to take pictures this time too! The dining area was clean, and the restrooms were well maintained. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit.

Buddies is a great place for any occasion. The patio is a great space for plenty of people. The staff is always great. I love that the menu always has new items. I tried the new cabo chicken sandwich, which was amazing. We also ordered a Cobb salad andthe southwest quesedilla.
