Under Klippen - Holstebro

Dear friends, in one or another reason ends in Holstebro, so owe yourself to take past the restaurant during the rock of small Østergade, rare I have got so good food to not talk about the service, it has just been one of those who wauhh experiences, everyone deserves to try it. It's just good every time. It was also last night in the bistro. First class salmon dish, light and delicate, and so the most beautiful version of the classic fish Chips I have gotten, here with redfish with thin pan and fries with sauce homemade tatare (a kind of strapoulade). Got a lovely Spanish white wine for. We ended with cream brule (now a classic, made to perfection of Ismail), and then I tried a Espresso Martini with coffee, likur and vodka. It was sinful!
