Food was horrible. Owner was inappropriate with female staff and customers. Not a friendly environment. Will not be going back.

Best pizza shop in Holmes County! We've been ordering from Mainstreet for many years and the food is always hot, fresh, and made perfectly. If they make a mistake they correct it immediately. Always friendly customer service.

I've ordered from here quite a bit over the years and I've only ever had one issue. I addressed it with them and they corrected it right away! Cheesy bread (with the pizza dough) is the absolute best!

We are staying in the area for a quick little getaway. They were really close so we decided to give them a try. They were friendly from the phone call to order to when my husband went inside to pick up our order. They even welcomed him and held the door open for him when he went in. We ordered pizza subs. They were hot and cooked perfectly. They were pretty messy to eat. That’s just an us thing. We don’t really like messy sandwiches. The pizza sauce was a little sweet for us as well. They have a really great menu selection and priced reasonably too! I’m looking forward to trying the chicken wings and salad! That will probably be tonight’s dinner. Overall I say definitely give them a try!
