Fun spot. I am a self-proclaimed brisket connoisseur having tried 39 of the top 50 barbecues in the great state of Texas. The brisket at Wholly Cow ranks in my top 5. Got to talk to the team at the smokers out back and it's satisfying to hear their passion for the SPORT of barbecue. We will be back!

This is the best brisket you can find in MIAMI .. matter of fact.. FLORIDA. The employees there are super nice offering amazing customer service and the food is TOP TEIR. 10/10

Wait time is ridiculous have no idea how the food is poor

My wife and I recently spent time in Austin, TX and tried many of the best BBQ joints in the area. Wholly Cow stands up to the best of the best BBQ in the nation. It’s amazing, personally, I prefer it to Terry Blacks. Don’t over think it, get yourself to Wholly Cow ASAP! A must try! Florida is lucky to have you, keep up the great work!
