Przekaż informację zwrotnąI went to this disc-brotstelle today and had an incident where my 3 year old infant made a very big spill. children are fast and come in everything. but the way and wise as the manager brian treated the situation was for and embarrassing. he came to my table where I was with a friend and our children and told me in the round, I must watch my child and control. I was not embarrassed and humiliated. if they have a small child, they know how fast they can be. after that, the older lady who cleansed up the chaos always drove through my table and stared at me really hard. I've never been so uncomfortable in a restaurant. These two employees could have better coped with the situation. children make spills, adult make spills, people make chaos. I have agreed on this incident and hope that British and other employees will learn to deal better with situations in the future so that customers, especially parents with younger children, do not pass through this kind of embarrassment. I will never return to this place to spend my hard earned money so that I can be treated by employees.
We was very disappointed about Panera, food today. We changed the order with a different one because we realized that sandwich looking very good in the picture bacon egg brioche. We asked to change the bread brioche with asiago begel.But we don't received what we expected. At the first the cashier understand wrong what to cancell on our order. The chasier was cancelling the coffee in stead to cheange what we request to change. After many confusions we received something what no one will eat I will attach the picture.The Manager on red t-shirt was with attitude and not polite at all. He was sayng if we pay for one more egg the sandwich wil look alot better. I give back the sandwich otever was cooling that, to them to enjoy their work.

Ordered pickup and when my husband got home part of the order was missing. I called to get the missing food delivered and was told they couldn't do that. It says on their website AND their packaging that they deliver. They said when I came in I would get the food and a credit. Well for 5 minutes, 3 different people couldn't find my food. The girl at the rear window was very sassy and had an incredibly bad attitude. They finally found my food but denied me a store credit. Very pathetic customer service and hateful employees. I won't be going to this location again.
