Nine Spices Hot Pot - Hollywood

Jeff, our waiter, was very attentive, and the food was incredibly fresh. I loved the concept of the carousel. I had been to other hot pot places, and while the food was good there, I always felt discouraged by the amount of waste when dishes were chosen on a tablet and then discarded. With this carousel, you can see everything before trying it, and the portions are perfectly sized. Keep up the great food and friendly service!

The spicy soup had a kick that made us sweat as soon as we started eating, but it was so delicious that we couldn't get enough. Be prepared to sweat! The bone soup was creamy, with a piece of pork and some greens, and it had a lovely, mild flavor. The service was outstanding. Our server, Cliff, was very attentive and friendly, making sure our water glasses were full and checking on the broth levels without us needing to ask. He promptly removed our empty dishes and refilled our soup before we could even request it. There were countless ways to enjoy the vegetables and meats, thanks to the incredible selection of flavorful sauces. Personally, I enjoyed the mushroom and seafood sauces the most. Cooking our food in the broth was a fun experience, especially with the all-you-can-eat style. I highly recommend this place to everyone, especially those who love spicy food!

This is a fantastic Chinese hot-tank restaurant. they get to choose their food from a moving transport belt that does not stop from all tables. they have every look of noodle, meat before they can think to choose from. Once they have selected, they can throw it in their bubbling hot pot and cook it themselves in the second right at their table. there is also a beautiful sauce bar with hot sauces and all kinds of seasoned. at the end there are also over looked and desserts. I loved it and recommend it.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The broth was excellent, and the dishes were quite intriguing, while still offering enough variety for those who prefer milder flavors. The drinks were flavorful and complemented the meal well. Although their dessert selection is limited, the food was served quickly and paired nicely together. Don't hesitate to ask questions if you're unsure about something on the menu. Just a heads up: you can only use one Groupon per table, so plan accordingly if you're dining with a large group. Overall, the service was lovely, but the servers can be a bit forgetful. The food comes out quickly, allowing you to really enjoy the buffet.

Went to my usual spot for Hot Pot (I wont say the name but it is close by here) but the parking has become horrible. I love, love Hot Pot so when I found this place I was excited to try. The service was excellent and the soup was perfect. I was so happy they had the shrimp paste, meats and vegetables I love. Definitely found my new Hot Pot spot!!!
