Do not worry that they taste good after they come out of the oven, as he wipes the sweat from his forehead, no thanks for keeping your sweaty old discs. And forget to get the 40-pie order for my children's school on Friday. Save your money and your health and go somewhere else.
We order from Joe at least once a week. The food is fantastic and the staff are great. I usually get the family contract because I love her wings and Ceasar salad, but my husband loves her pizza and garlic rolls. I also recommend the Italian donuts so well.
My father ordered pizza to take, and when my mother picked her up, order was wrong and he checked and wasn't in the system, so my mother just called to confirm my father and the guy (Latin type) was so rude to say that he didn't have time to waste with her because he had too much work so that she could go somewhere else to get it! Oh? What service is that? She felt like he treated her like that because she was a woman. Sure is the guy who doesn't talk to men like that! Respect! That's what everyone deserves, Latino, women, black, whoever. It was so easy to ask for the right order and work on it. But he chooses to be rude and get rid of a client
I was blown away, as I was treated by Elizabeth on the phone. She claims to be the owner of the place. Very hard to believe how you can treat the people who pay your bills as you did. I usually go to the Joe's old school pizza in Hollywood. I've been going for years. I love the place. It's the only place I take my family to eat pizza. I was in the area and decided to get a cake of cheese pizza. When I came home, which was 15 minutes away, I opened the box that it was cold. Toppings didn't look fresh. Not the less I put the pizza in my own oven to heat it. Even by doing this, the pizza tasted like something I picked up yesterday and reheated it. Not the JOES OLDSCHOOL I know. At this point we are full, but I wanted to inform them about my experience. I wasn't looking for pizza anymore. I just wanted to share my experience. As owner of a company. I would like to return my customers and DO BETTER in return.. Elizabeth told me she's not here to argue with me and if I don't like the pizza going somewhere? then hangs the phone. She offered me a new pizza lol. I think she should sell the store if she's so angry. If she's the owner. Boys all I have to say is not complaining about your cold pizza or risk being mistreated about faith. I spent $37.43 on old pizza and a bad attitude. If my bank is charged more, I spent. Expect to report. Their integrity was found in my book. Good luck
My family received an extremely ice cold pizza from this location that tasted hours old. The owner Elizabeth was extremely rude to us when we let them know. She told us to get our pizza elsewhere and hung up the phone on us. Will never purchase from this location again extremely unprofessional
