The parking up front is metered and limited but there is parking in the rear of the restaurant. They have many traditional rolls to choose from as well as reasonably priced bento style boxes. This time I went with a custom poke bowl. You pick your base (salad or rice), protein and sauce. I did the spicy tuna and rice poke bowl with poke sauce. It was a great size overall and the portions were good as well. The food was fresh and made to order.
Tonight I was in for a treat...a live cockroach came out of the tied bag the moment I open it. It was awful. Everything starts to smell awful in my brain and I almost puke my guts. This is the last time I will make an order here. I am not one to leave a bad review, I would try to resolve things peacefully. The restaurant telling me to complain to Yber was how they handle this situation this evening. Unprofessional!!! Yber has a better picture of the roach...
Giving a poor review because they refuse to answer the phone. It's extremely obvious they keep picking up and hanging up with out giving me the chance to just verify my order. I have a 60 dollar order and they seriously can't answer the phone? Edit* I didn't get a chance to put how good the food was as this was mainly service based but I can't leave out how much effort they put into making the food and the quality, not to mention the small details in how they packaged everything with extreme care.
Stay away if you want to Eat what you ordered on time! But if you want to wait 45 mins plus 20 minutes, you will be promised to prepare your order, and if you want major part of your order to be missing this, it is the right place for you. We gave it a shot, and they failed it big time. We called, and instead of accepting their fault, they argued with us. I don't eat rice and didn't get my sashimi even though we ordered it. So, side salad is my dinner tonight.
I used to visit this restaurant regularly when I worked in the area. Tonight, I was brought the wrong food order. Instead of fixing it, the server said that it was my fault because he heard something different. I am allergic to what was brought, so I wasn't able to eat any of it. The restaurant had several opportunities to make it right, but continued to say that I had ordered the same thing as my companion, which I did not. It is a shame because this would have been an easy fix, but zero customer service has lost them a customer.
