Einstein Bros. Bagels - Hollywood

The evil workers bad, terrible attitudes. Instead of working the counter and preparing food, their attitudes were that of cleaning toilets; that's what they should do. Settings not beneficial for cooperation with customers. Terrible place NOT PATRONIZE. I was told to you by e-mail, but that's obviously not a good email. My son and I went on Saturday, 6/11 at 11.00 a.m. to this institution, there was a woman who ordered the same evil lady before us was also evil to us. We waited for two drinks for almost 15 minutes and when I approached her, she said that the drinks must be made as if I were a fool, but we should have waited. I'm just with them to reimburse my money and I'm going out, will never return to this facility again, I'd rather go to the next 10 miles instead of going back there.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Staff cough in the food. The employee in the register made cash transactions and prepared food without washing his hands. Although the whole institution was unclean, the employees were the most rude I've ever experienced at any meal. This place should be completely shut down, do yourself a favor and save your money would be better at McDonald's.

0 Stars? I want a full refund for the past four times I?ve ordered here! I have let their horrific behavior and horrible customer service slide for far too long. They never once pick up the phone to the point where my friends and I tried calling many times from four different numbers to see if it was busy or they were just lazy our friend watched inside nobody touched the phone and when they did they picked it up and hung up. I order food with a wait time of 15-20 minutes every time and end up waiting for an hour and have to go inside and wait in line because if I don?t the staff completely ignores me so I wait in line most times for them to have to make my food in front of me because they haven?t even started my order and they always mess the orders up and never apologize or offer a refund. I?m fed up with the disrespect I love this restaurant I?ve been going here since I was a kid in Houston but this location needs to be shut down and re staffed.

When I went to Florida, it was my first time trying Einstein?s Bagels and this place did not disappoint! The bagels were so fresh and well made. Everyone was very friendly and listened to our instructions. Regardless of how busy the place was, our orders came out quick. It?s definitely the best place I had bagels at. The eggs were cooked to perfection and the Nova Lux with the smoked salmon was exceptional! I would highly recommend if you?re visiting the Hollywood area or going for a vacation!

I never had any issues at this location but they seriously need to pay attention when slicing the bagels I was there at 6:30 this morning on November 1st and I open my box to see 3 of my Bagels sliced like this.... picture attached
