No one's coming out for 20 minutes. I then come out of my car and go to the building and they didn't even start my order. there were only two people before me when I arrived. I'll tell them I'm late for work. the layer manager says: “Why didn’t I say I’m going to be too late” and I’m like “Why do I have to tell you that? my order should have finished within 5 minutes. they said they were “shifts” that did not give me any care. it must be better communication with customers and time management between the employees to process a drive-dru order in an efficient time frame. I finally got my order at 11:37 o'clock. 34 minutes after I placed it. drove 5 minutes to my work and I arrived late there. they go to my writing and finally in a position to eat my impossible burger. fries was cold. drinking was given up after so long waiting. ah. I will never go back there and I advise everyone to do the same. it is not worth their time. Substandard food, terrible service. if there was a negative star rating to give it, I would.
I can't comprehend how this restaurant remains in operation. Although there was no one in the drive-thru ahead of me, I had to wait for 10 minutes before anyone took my order. When the food finally arrived, it seemed like it was just microwaved. It felt like they prepare everything in advance and just heat it up when someone orders. I won't be spending my time or money here again.
The owner was not only unkind to my group but also visibly emotional, which made the situation uncomfortable. I initially felt hopeful because I had positive interactions with two other staff members, but my experience quickly turned sour. I have a small child, and when I tried to place our order, it was mixed up on two occasions. Instead of addressing my requests, the owner simply gave me whatever she wanted. Additionally, I was appalled by how she treated a disabled man in front of everyone. She made an inappropriate comment about a child, calling them "nontoxic," and then rolled her eyes at the child's mother while clicking her teeth in a mocking manner. The level of disrespect escalated further when she yelled at a man and wrongfully took two dollars from him because he ordered a Whopper and small fries. Instead of handling the order properly, she charged him for a larger meal and then told him to just grab napkins and leave. There was also a heartbreaking moment when a man with cancer asked for something different, only to be met with disdain from her. I always make it a point to apologize for any mistakes in my orders, but it seemed like others were also opting to leave the restaurant to avoid further interaction with the staff. Overall, I was deeply dissatisfied with the service and the treatment I witnessed.
I ordered a small cheeseburger and the cashier quoted me a price of $2.64. I pointed out that the sign stated the price was $2.09. She explained that they have to add tax. I accepted that, but then realized the tax should only be around 16 cents. When I approached the drive-thru window, the cashier informed me, “We are a franchise; we can set our prices however we want.” I became concerned about how they would justify the extra 50 cents. The receipt only showed the date, time, and review, without any details on fees or amounts. I can't help but wonder how much profit the owners are making from this franchise by taking advantage of the community they claim to support. I won't be returning!
The drive thru cashier Ms. Ariel had a ever bad attitude because of her missed communication. Along with a bad service.
