Came today at 6am because online it says it was open. There was employees inside . They were serving the drive thru . But when I tried to go inside there door was lock . Why would you guys say you open at 6am if you guys don’t . That false advertisement. They were just standing around in the store so I don’t understand why it was such a problem to serve us but definitely calling corporate might as well just shut down
I warn you about this place, the staff is rude and will flick you off because they sadly have hired some neanderthals in place of people who are grateful to have work during a recession.Slowest staff at drive thru, I'm surprised they're in business. It usually doesn't bother me but today they put a different lady at the window and she literally had no manners. Usually the manager takes care of the window and is very kind, the reason I don't mind the wait, but this lady really makes Burger King as a whole look bad.
The worst burger king in the world! And....they are consistent at being the worst. Been going a couple times a year for a while and they never disappoint at leaving you scratch your head and say...why did I come here!!!!???? Every now and then there is a new manager that knows how to manage. Otherwise...sos
On the trip thru. had to say “Hello” twice after waiting for someone to take my order to finally get paid an order of 11:03 at the in the drive thru. drove. the type gives me my dietary coke. was asked to park in a room, they will bring me the rest of the order. No one's coming out for 20 minutes. I then come out of my car and go to the building and they didn't even start my order. there were only two people before me when I arrived. I'll tell them I'm late for work. the layer manager says: “Why didn’t I say I’m going to be too late” and I’m like “Why do I have to tell you that? my order should have finished within 5 minutes. they said they were “shifts” that did not give me any care. it must be better communication with customers and time management between the employees to process a drive-dru order in an efficient time frame. I finally got my order at 11:37 o'clock. 34 minutes after I placed it. drove 5 minutes to my work and I arrived late there. they go to my writing and finally in a position to eat my impossible burger. fries was cold. drinking was given up after so long waiting. ah. I will never go back there and I advise everyone to do the same. it is not worth their time. Substandard food, terrible service. if there was a negative star rating to give it, I would.
