Boston Market - Hollywood

I used to frequent this restaurant for their food, but it has been several months since they allowed dine-in service. I called one day and was informed that they are experiencing roof issues, making it unsafe for customers. However, it seems they are still allowing their workers to operate under this unsafe roof. It doesn't make much sense to me.

The restaurant's dine-in area is closed for no apparent reason, and the drive-thru only accepts pre-orders, which is very inconvenient. I recommend avoiding this restaurant until they address these issues.

Worst Boston market I’ve ever been to, very dry chicken, cream of spinach had hardly any spinach, they give you toy plastic knife fork that bends completely, what a shame, these people give this great chain a horrible reputation, no wonder it was empty, should have checked the reviews, I’m surprised its doors are still open !

The store is supposed to be open at 11 am and the doors are locked, the current time is 11:09am . I would probably give negative infinity stars, but that is not an option, so I gave them 1 star.

NEVER answer the phone. Not working the hours listed online. Limited menu at drive through. No manager on duty. Surprised they are still open for business. The franchise must be loosing a fortune with this location.
