Starbucks - Hollywood

I ordered a white chocolate mocha and I'm not sure what drink they made. The sticker shows a white chocolate mocha. There was yellow maybe oil or butter on top I'm not sure! This is unacceptable.

I think he name is Nyah, has a terrible attitude. She probably hates her life and takes it out on the customers. Made my drink and half it was foam. I told her and she just kept repeating “thats how it is” then looks away and says out loud for me to hear , “some people have no manners”. all i did was ask if there could be less foam and more of the drink. She has a screw lose.

Fastest starbucks i’ve ever been too. placed an order for pick up and usually i have an estimated 10-12 minutes until it may be done and many times it still takes maybe an additional minute or two. anywayyyys this time i ordered the same thing and my wait was only 3-4 minutes and it was ready before i walked in.i enjoyed the fact that the orders are just sitting there for you to grab that way i could just grab and go. because that early in the morning the last thing i want really is to have to talk to a bunch of people before i even have any coffee.

Been coming here for years! Always such a great ambiance ? quick with mobile orders, and drinks are always tasting perfect! Today, they made my day while picking up my order ? simple things like this can put a smile on one’s face and kick off the day right!Thank you Starbucks Team for being amazing
