Texas Roadhouse - Holly Springs

Service was good, don't wait long, hostess very nice. The waitress Liz was great. My husband got a ribeye-what good size, pretty good, I would have wanted more taste; Daughter got offers them good; sweet potatoes were great, salads big(should have a little more salad. I didn't get catfish a fan, but portion was good; I think I asked for Broccoli to be cooked softly. Totally great. Disappointed that the manager table welcomes us, but didn't tell us anything

Mother's Day Dinner. Of course it was packed! There were 8 of us... had to wait 1 hour 45 minutes! We ordered a type of steak, ribs, chicken pliers, shrimps. All steaks were great! Bands were good. Shrimp was tough, gummy. We couldn't eat it. Appetizers were also good. I wish we didn't have to wait so long. For the most part we had a good meal a good time.

This is a great place for meat lovers! Drinks and beer are also good. I like the atmosphere of the place. The staff is very friendly and the service is fast. I was here a few times from my self and with my family on slow, not so busy and on very busy days and the standards are the same. I love the ribs and steaks. The polite warm, freshly baked rolls with cinnamon butter are a basic food. House is a good place if you want a delicious meal or just a drink. On busy days, note the fact that you need to wait for 40 minutes to one hour for a table. I always sit at the bar these days, first come to serve first, though.

If you have been in every TX roadhouse, then it is to be expected. Your staff, including my server, was great. They were very friendly and attentive. The waiting times on late Saturday afternoon were not too long. Waiting was maybe 10 minutes. The food was decent. It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad. I'll go back there.

Loved it. My ribeye was cooked just as I ordered it and was tender and delicious. Wife had the road kill ground steak with mushrooms and she was pleased. Great sides to choose from. My salad was great. Our waiter was attentive and very pleasant. Drinks were good. Good dinning atmosphere and a good value.
