Greek Basma - Holly Springs

I was able to walk to this restaurant from my hotel, and it was definitely worth it! The food was fresh, and the service was friendly. There are about six other places to eat in this little strip, but I would likely return here if I'm ever in the area again. I ordered the Double Basma Platter.

This is the best gyro I've ever tasted! The lamb was perfectly seasoned and cooked, and the cucumber sauce was absolutely delicious. The hummus and pita were spot on as well. The restaurant itself is clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. It’s an amazing place!

We ordered gyros, and the flavor was impressive. The tzatziki sauce was also delicious, and I asked for extra, which they provided along with a few cucumber slices on the side—a nice touch. However, they were quite stingy with the meat; it was definitely less than half of what you typically receive in a gyro. I also requested that the meat be grilled well, but that wasn't done either. Overall, the flavors were good, and if I return, I would ask for extra meat.

We stopped here for some takeout. The food was hot and ready at the time promised. However, like many places we try in Holly Springs, this is very mediocre food. Our gyros were not even sliced off a spit it was the ready made slices but not as good or as thick as the ones you get from Trader Joe?s. ???? whoever said this gyro meat is the same as Arby?s is spot on. If you get anything from here it should be the kids chicken kabob.

Amazing food, super fresh! Staff is super friendly. You can't go wrong with anything you order.
