I'm sorry, but the mobile ordering system at this location is not working well. Every time, I end up waiting an extra 10 minutes or more after my designated pickup time. I really hope they can find a more efficient way to manage this soon.
Typically, there’s a line in the morning, but not on this day. The staff was very helpful in guiding my choices and suggested a great drink. Everyone was incredibly friendly as well.
Revised review: I had to wait 20 minutes for my order to be served. When I asked the cashier about it, I was informed that it wasn't ready yet. After asking again, I finally got my order, which had just been sitting there the entire time. Unfortunately, it was completely melted and looked unappealing.
I don't want to sound too critical, but there was an amazing short girl who appeared to be American but spoke Spanish. She was definitely the highlight of our visit. When they mistakenly noted our order as just one coffee instead of the two I wanted, she kindly gave my sister a complimentary coffee. It was a lovely gesture, and she was such a pleasant person.
