San Juan Oaks - Hollister

The atmosphere is lovely, the food was good, and we enjoyed the drinks. However, I believe they cleared the food buffet-style a bit too early; many guests seemed to be looking for more.

The local server was very friendly and attentive. The food was mostly good, although my steak, which I ordered medium rare, came out overcooked. The band that played was excellent.

Our breakfast group has been visiting this restaurant every Sunday morning for nearly 20 years, and I’m disappointed to say that our recent experience was far from satisfactory. The new management has chosen not to provide separate controls, and it feels like we have been penalized for asking for an exception. We faced issues with lukewarm coffee, slow service, and unhelpful attitudes. It seems like they no longer value our business.

Mother's day Brunch was subpar! The food except the main nativity was forgotten! The last three years go, and this year brunch means they lost their good cook...

Came with a party of 10+ for lunch on a weekday. We had three friendly and attentive servers, and food all came around the same time (no awkward staring at the first person to get their food, or the last person who's order was forgotten). Weather was perfect for dining outside, overlooking the golf course and lake.
