Mcdonald's - Hollister

Employee Joseph was doing an awesome job, serving food and very friendly..

Robots… since taking away the cashiers and forcing us to order through the kiosk the employees are working in the kitchen and refuse to make eye contact or speak to us.

McDonald's has gotten really expensive the food don't taste the same

Got breakfast first they forget 3 of my items with is understandable but even after I orders an English muffin and it was empty!!! English muffin has a sausage and it was plain and nothing inside. Thats the final straw with this sorry excuse for McDonald’s. Every time I go there something always missing or wrong especially in the drive thru haven’t been there in 2 years after today and that’s it I’m over. Hollister Airline Way is horrible!!!! No not recommended. Always check your items and sadly open them while there wrapped stuff will still be missing

Service is too slow. Over 10 minutes from ordering to food service. Your food is fine but speed and price are what matters. No refills on drinks. So maybe next time I will just go somewhere else.
