El Grullense Jal - Hollister

Today, my partner and I visited the restaurant, and when we approached the cashier, Freddy was incredibly friendly. He informed us that he was with another customer but would be right back to assist us. His politeness made a great impression. We'll definitely be returning. Thank you, Freddy!

This used to be my regular spot for dinner every Tuesday, but I had a disappointing experience recently. I waited 30 minutes for 8 tacos, and they still charged me extra for salsa even though they gave it to the lady before me for her 40 tacos. It's not worth it anymore—I'll be driving across town to the other location for Taco Tuesday from now on!

I've had much better experiences at other Hollister Mexican restaurants. I don't plan on going back. One specific issue was the music; it kept being turned on and off repeatedly, and when it was on, the volume fluctuated wildly. It was never consistent. What’s going on with that?

Very polite people and timeline that are prepared is before place. eating itself is good.

Over priced poor service and over cooked meat. Use to love this place as a kid now it’s not worth coming
