I ordered a 3 scoop Sunday and when I was going to pay asked the girl who made my ice cream if she could put hot fudge as there was none on my ice cream she then charged me extra for it. I told her that the fudge comes with the ice cream where she then said I have to change you extra for it and wouldn't take it off of my total.
My husband and I went in to get a banana split today. We have enjoyed many of these in the past from this location. Today was a different story. A banana split comes with three scoops of ice cream.... these were the size of a tablespoon, not a scoop. A spit of whip cream, not at all covering the ice cream. A teaspoon of strawberry topping. Put together by a server that did not have gloves on and who just made change at the register. Unsanitary! This cost nearly $9. I can see by reading the other previous reviews that it is pointless to post these ratings as the owner/manager doesn't give a hoot about the customer experience. The same story goes on and on. So, what we need in town is some good old fashioned competition. And, we are bound to get it! Hollister is on the move, FINALLY, to bring in shopping. Watch for more options, and patronize those options!!
Doordash took a bit long but come on guys. If we can't go get it ourselves we shouldn't complain. The scoops were rather small but very very delicious
If i could give zero stars I would. Ordered 2 sundaes via DoorDash. Clearly the baskin Robbins workers don't give a **** about delivery orders. They forgot all the toppings and the scoops of ice cream were the size of a tablespoon. When I call the store no one answers.
The image is supposed to be a 2 scoop sundae. I understand that it's hot and could melt during transit, but your prices are high and for quality and quantity to be **** is bad! Please invest in your staff and show them how to appropriately make a sundae that would keep customers coming back.
